Eva Eliscu
Savannah and San Miguel de Allende based dining historian, food and travel writer, culinary consultant and former restaurateur who trained at the Cordon Bleu. Eva is a highly sought after international lecturer on the history of dining table and the history of the chef. She has lectured here in San Miguel and for many years has lectured aboard cruise ships. Originally from Sweden, Eva and husband Avery split their time between the United States and their beautiful home in San Miguel.
Kristopher Kegel
Kristopher Kegel is a native Mexican who grew up in Northern California but has lived in several parts of the US and Mexico. He is completely bilingual and bi cultural and has worked in management for 10 years. He has been in SMA for 13 years and he and his family have created @homeinsanmiguel offering bi -lingual services to both Mexicans and foreigners. A jack of all trades he can assist you anything from translations to coordinating personal and professional projects if he doesn’t know it he will find out. If you want something done, He will do it! He enjoys interacting with people and learning from others in an environment like San Miguel full of talent and experience. He also is passionate about food. Before management he worked in the food and service industry and loves Indian food!
